Digital Motorsports Club presents: the Digital Endurance Championship. A full-scale, professional world endurance series on iRacing.
Our first season features a prologue and 6 rounds with a total of 84 racing hours. Teams can compete in Hypercar (GTP) and GT3 with up to 5 drivers per car. Our Hypercar roster will include the new Valkyrie. All GT3 cars except the Audi will be available.
And the cost? A mere **€35 per car** for the entire season.
I know what you're thinking: "What makes this championship stand out from the other thousand series like this?" Let me introduce you to our four core principles: Sporting Integrity, Transparency, Consistency and Sustainability.
- Sporting Integrity: No driver, no team is treated differently. Not because of skill, not because of reputation, not because of fame. The rules apply the same way for everyone.
- Transparency: We stand for open and clear communication. Every decision's reasoning can be followed step by step, every rule is clearly explained, no question is too stupid and no question is too much trouble. And if you think we're breaking our own rules, you can appeal.
- Consistency: The same incident in race 1 and race 6 gets the same penalty both times. That is our most important goal.
- Sustainability: We are here to stay. The DMC and DEC are built on a strong foundation, built to grow with the number of people supporting it. Not growing in the hopes that someone will support it.
We have built our own app to make everything as easy as possible. From creating an account and joining a team to signing up your own team and managing your entries. From stewarding races to managing the entire season. We have to be honest though: the app is new and barely stress-tested, so we are sure to encounter bugs during the first season. On top of that, we are still waiting for the iRacing API to become available again for new apps, which will automate even more processes.
