Welcome to the New and Improved Grid Finder Livery Tool!
Great news for sim racing fans and livery designers! We’re thrilled to introduce you to Grid Finder’s latest and greatest update: the revamped Livery Marketplace. If you’re into sim racing liveries in iRacing, Assetto Corsa, ACC, Gran Turismo, or any other racing game, this is your playground for designing, uploading, and sharing your amazing custom liveries. Whether you’re a pro or just dabbling in sim racing leagues, our user-friendly tools and platform are here to help you immerse yourself in the world of sim racing liveries.
How to Get Started
First things first, you’ll need an account. Head over to the Grid Finder website, hit that sign-up button, and follow the easy steps to set up your profile. Once you’re in, click ‘Manage Profile’ in the top right corner. This is where the magic happens. In ‘Manage Profile’, check out ‘My Paddock’. To join our community of sim racing livery designers, click ‘add role’ on the left-hand side, then select ‘I’m a Livery Designer’ in the middle column. Now you’re on your way to livery stardom in the sim racing world!
Your livery profile is your stage. Choose a name (real or creative), add a catchy Livery Profile Header, and upload a cool Profile Picture and Banner. The more appealing your profile, the more attention you’ll attract from the sim racing community. Select the racing games you design liveries for from our list, including favorites like iRacing, ACC, and Gran Turismo. This helps fellow racers know where your talents lie. Once you’ve filled out all the details, don’t forget to hit ‘save changes’. Now your profile is live, and you’re officially a Grid Finder livery designer!
With your profile set, head over to the Livery Designer Pages. Here, you’ll find tabs for Overview, Liveries, and Sales. The Overview tab gives you a snapshot of your activity, the Liveries tab is where you manage your designs, and the Sales tab tracks your views and purchases. Ready to show off your skills? Click ‘Upload Livery’ on the Livery Designer Page. Name your livery, choose the platform and game, and specify the car model. Upload your livery file (.zip or .rar) and some high-quality Thumbnail images to catch eyes. Decide if your livery is free or paid. For paid liveries, link your Stripe account to handle transactions. Then hit ‘submit’ and voila! Your sim racing livery is live on Grid Finder.
